To evolve Eevee into Espeon, you'll need to have a game that can change time. (Like there's a morning, day, and night.) Make sure the time is anywhere from 4:00 AM to 7:59 PM.

Eevee will only evolve into Espeon when you max out its happiness during Morning or Daytime, which is the times listed above. After maxing out happiness, you'll need to raise its level and it should evolve into Espeon.

There are several ways to raise Eevee's happiness:

Have Eevee in your party.

Give it vitamins (such as Calcium, Iron, etc.)

Give it the Soothe Bell.

Giving it certain berries.

Leveling it up.

Give it a massage in Pallet Town, Goldenrod City, Veilstone City, or the Ribbon Syndicate.
