If you got your Master Ball from Prof. Elm, or from the Lucky Number Radio Show from matching all 5 numbers in your/a friend's Pokemon ID number, you may use that. If you have atleast 10-20 Ultra Balls, good luck. If you have Great Balls, got a tiny chance. If you have Poke Balls, you're out of your mind! If you're lucky enough to catch it with a Poke Ball, you're either using a GameShark or you are just lucky.
