Turtwig evolves into Grotle starting at level 18, and then Grotle evolves into Torterra starting at level 32.

Turtwig is #387 in the National Pokedex, and was introduced in the Generation IV Pokemon titles (Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum) where it was one of the starter pokemon. In Generation VI (X and Y), it is unobtainable by encounter. To obtain this pokemon, you must use the Poke Transporter to move it from another game, or trade for it with another pokemon player, since other people have them and breed them.

Turtwig is a Grass type pokemon, as is Grotle. Then Grotle evolves into Tottera and turns into a Grass-Ground pokemon.
