Well, Hold ctrl,shift and C (doesnt have to be a capital) then the cheats window will come up in the top left corner, then in the cheat window write: help -all then all these cheats will come up if u keep looking you will find stretch skeleton and then it will say wat to write in :) byeee i know all the cheats need any more help?

No sorry there is no motive cheat on the sims pets. Edit: There is none for Sims Pets, but there is one for Sims 2 Pets. It is 'maxMotives', also type in 'help' in the Sims 2. That will give you a large list of cheats. Note: Must be in Sims 2, or it will not work.
