there's 2 ways: the easy way or the hard way.
Easy way: Get the rocket nozzle and go behind the giant yellow thing that holds the big star. Then hold down r until you shoot up. try to get on the ledge where the big star is. switch to the normal nozzlethen spray at the big star until a star apears on the top of the yellow thing. jump back behind the yellow thing. then use your rocket nozzle again to get to the top.
Hard way: insted use the hover nozzle.
