first you have to make sure you have at least one of the three pre-created places intsalled and to do that all you need to do is go to the bon voyage i con on any of the cities and click on it, which opens up a window that asks you to let it create the place(s) then once you have you can go to your sims house and use the phone to book a vacation, where you can decide how low, with who and where you want your vacation
