Gold charms are obtained mainly from monster drops and are deemed by many as the most common charm obtainable. Many monsters drop them although hellhounds and firegiants drop them the most frequent. Less conventional ways to obtain charms are either by thieving them from Dorg-esh Kaan chests or by trading in zeal points for them at the Soul Wars minigame.

Answer: I have provided you with a link below that should bring you the answer(s) that you seek. Answer: Basically you kill monsters that drop them. One good option is the ghouls near Canifis - about 1 of every 4 will drop a gold charm. However, I would recommend you do slayer tasks - that gives you combat experience, slayer experience, and most slayer monsters drop some kind of charms. Not always gold charms - but also the better charms.
One of the fastest ways to get a lot of charms - including many blue charms - is to kill rock lobsters with the spell "ice barrage". Note that this spell requires a high magic level, and a lot of money. Otherwise, I would suggest you just do slayer tasks - preferably from the highest-level slayer master that is feasible for your combat and slayer level - and not worry about what type of charms you get; however, the genral tendency is that higher-level monsters give you better charms (for example, less gold, and more crimson and blue).
The Hardest Stat is mainly based off of opinion. Though the one that I think is hard is Summoning. This is because you must kill monsters and have them drop charms, later you combine the charm, a pouch, and some shards. It then turns to a monster pouch that can then be summoned. The problem is that monsters rarely drop charms and a huge supply of them is needed to reach level 99.
all monsters drop goodies except normal rats and spiders
There is a site called Runehq it has everything about Runescape even what monsters drop check it out. : -)
