The only two i know of. One is a volcano trail that i do not know where it is. It is the duck trail. Start on the Elephant path, and turn to you left. Then, go down you should see pine trees and a cabin. Once you see the dead tree,or a creepy tree, you turn to it. Stop and face it. Then go again. To understand this course, talk to the man next to the gate. The hole in the gate is the trail. JUST BEWARE! This trail is REALLY steep. Go down this steep hill. And not in the forest. Go left to go in a dinosour. Go right to see meat.

If you mean to get into the place in kangaroo park... you have to get all the thumbs ups to be in there but if you mean to jump off the mountain you cant do that

You press B on the remote and Z on the nunchuck, then shake you hands left to right. If you have trouble with this i suggest ski school on the main menu.
