it is simple really . all you have to do is go in 1 player mode and select survival. defeat all the enemies and collect as many coins as you can. after you finish the survival mode.if you have earned 2000 points go to the "other" option on the start menu and then select shop.there various unlockable characters are available and you will be able to unlock kakashi.
