Whitestones are for paying for this character Rouge to look for Olympic memorblia for you. You need Shadow on your team though,she'll refuse to talk to anyone else. He'll talk to her and at first she'll keep on refusing, but at the end of the conversation,she'll finally agree to help you. In case you didn't know, Rouge is a white bat and she should be at the front of the museum in Frostown. You'll find Shadow at a mission board in Cubyrninth. Hope the helps! =~)
