Yes,however umbreon is a good defensive Pokemon.It has very high defense and special defence.It lacks good moves and has very bad attack stats.A good move set would have to be: Curse,Return,Toxic,and Baton pass.I put in return because if the opponent uses taunt,umbreon would be completely useless.Baton pass and curse make a good combination and toxic is used to poison the opponent.Overall umbreon is a pretty good defensive Pokemon but lacks good attacks.
Also, Umbreon would make a good wall, to stall some time to heal your Pokemon in battle (if needed).
