Cog Nation is the BIG Cog HQ with every type of Cog in it. The boss is the boss of all Cogs, The Chairman. No one knows if it's coming or not except for Toontown Developers, although there is a high chance of it coming due to hints in the Toon News, and other hints in Toontown.
