If you want to get more experience for the time you spend training, i recommend sacred clay tools from stealing creation.
Also occasionally Jagex will release a double experience weekend, giving members players the ability to gain more experience from doing normal training. However sacred clay tools will not work in double experience weekends.
The third and final thing i recommend is brawling gloves, these give 1.5 times the normal experience, but they can only be used in player versus player worlds.

The best way to get experience in RuneScape is simply to do whatever the skill you wish to raise constantly. Only through repetition will you succeed in becoming good in that skill. As you progress through the skill it will become easier to obtain the experience, but harder to gain the levels, and so again repetition is always needed. This forms the basis for levelling up in all areas of RuneScape.
