If you want to get more experience for the time you spend training, i recommend sacred clay tools from stealing creation.
Also occasionally Jagex will release a double experience weekend, giving members players the ability to gain more experience from doing normal training. However sacred clay tools will not work in double experience weekends.
The third and final thing i recommend is brawling gloves, these give 1.5 times the normal experience, but they can only be used in player versus player worlds.

It is a good way to make money if you are good at it. It is not a particularly good way to gain experience points in combat compared to training on monsters, because you can only fight players who are fairly close to you in combat level (this is even more problematic if you are a strength pure and are fighting a balanced player or one with very high defense).
Power-fishing at Shilo Village is great for fishing experience.
You can only get dungeoneering tokens by getting experience in dungeoneering - that is, by completing dungeons, alone, or in teams of up to 5 people.
A level 58 Blaziken has accrued 1,939,095 experience. A level 100 Blaziken will have a total of 25,821,155. Thus, in order to get the Blaziken all the way to level 100, you'll need to gain 23,882,060 more experience. Happy grinding!
