You cant legally download any Sims games that i know of. Be very careful of downloading them as they are likely illegal downloads and very likely full of malware and various other viruses. Your best bet and safest is to buy it. I buy my games pre played and they are a fraction of the new price, new Sims 2 is $80 (in Australia) and pre played just $15!
By downloading illegal copies it becomes piracy and that can jack up the cost of buying them. Buy them legally, its worth it :)
