No,the only thing that potions do is raise your attack, defence, and strength. There are other uses, but you can not heal your sell. if you want to heal yourself, buy monk fish and eat them.
Edit: For members, Saradomin Brews are able to heal health points. Super Restore Potions and Restore potions restore prayer points as well as your stats.
