Is there a cheat to skip levels for the game Bully?

There are cheats for the game Bully. I have used them but, you need a second controller to activate these codes. They are:

Full Health: Hold L1 & Press R2 R2 R2

All Weapons: Hold L1 Press Up Up Up Up

Infinite Ammo: Hold L1 Press Up Down Up Down

Max Ammo: Hold L1 Press Up Up

Get $100: Hold L1 Press Triangle Square Circle X

All Clothes: Press L1 L1 R1 L1 L1 L1 R1 R1

All Wrestling Moves: Hold L1 Press Up Left Down Down Triangle Square X X

All Hobo Moves: Hold L1 Press Up Left Down Right Triangle Square X Circle

It is true, though, that there seems to be no cheat for Skipping Levels.
