No, there is not a cheat code to unlock all the sims 2 clothing, I was hoping there was a code to myself.. But no, there is no code. sorry :] but u can make your own clothing in body shop and photoshop!! Hope it was helpful!

I'm not sure if this works in the regular Sims 2 game (as I have Double Deluxe), but while in the Create-A-Person area, I opened the cheat bar with ctrl+shift+c and entered the boolprop cheat (boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true). I then close the cheat bar and pressed shift+n, and was informed that Create-A-Sim had entered "debugging mode," which essentially meant that all of the hidden/offzhyphenzlimits/unavailable clothes (such as army gear, mad scientist coats, and the Social Bunny costume) were made available. Hope this helped you!
Im sure for the top one you need to atleast have university installed cuz ive tried on normal sims2 and it didn't work so...
