No, there is not a cheat code to unlock all the sims 2 clothing, I was hoping there was a code to myself.. But no, there is no code. sorry :] but u can make your own clothing in body shop and photoshop!! Hope it was helpful!

I'm not sure if this works in the regular Sims 2 game (as I have Double Deluxe), but while in the Create-A-Person area, I opened the cheat bar with ctrl+shift+c and entered the boolprop cheat (boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true). I then close the cheat bar and pressed shift+n, and was informed that Create-A-Sim had entered "debugging mode," which essentially meant that all of the hidden/offzhyphenzlimits/unavailable clothes (such as army gear, mad scientist coats, and the Social Bunny costume) were made available.
