No, there are no cheat codes for Kingdom Hearts 2, but there is something you can buy that's called Action Replay. with it you can change the codes in the game and mod just about everything (so you can play as Roxas in his Organization XIII uniform rather than Sora.)
also with Action Replay you can have your group be
Axel, Roxas, and Demyx in place of Sora, Donald and Goofy.

Yes. DiZ planned to stop Roxas when Sora's memories were beginning to be restored. DiZ wanted to foil the Organization's plan, so he ordered Riku to stop Roxas. DiZ then put Roxas in a virtual Twilight Town to be safe from the Organization. DiZ wanted Sora to become whole again so that Sora could defeat Organization XIII, but this was impossible if Roxas was still active in the Organization.

roxas was always soras nobody, and he formed when sora became a heartless, because sora's heart was so strong, roxas was formed and then joined organization XIII and supposedly there was a 14th member of organization 13 so basicaly in 358/2 days its organization 14 then 13. sorry if i spoiled 358/ 2 a little.

The people probably used GameShark or Action Replay, which are cheat code accesories which moderate the game for a certain cheat.
