yes,it is very good,despite defense.if you want to have a mienshao for wi-fi battling,heres what you shoul do.put max EV's into defense and s.defense.put the rest into speed and attack but not special attack.mienshao is physically offensive.

Moveset:

substitute.everyone thinks that you will fake out,so substitute is better.nbz,a famous YouTube battler,uses this.he said it has worked every time.

bulk up.make your great attack higher,and your not-so-great defense higher.use this while you are in a sub.

Drain punch.obviously to regain lost health.

u-turn.this is for escaping or dealing damage to psycic types.

Item:

life orb.it boosts the power of moves,and drain punch can just heal off the recoil.
