Well, this depends. If you want 1v1 then leviathan, Efreet, or Skeletal Dragon is your best bet. In 2v2- 4v4 then storm lord or tempest.Storm Lord is for sure one of the best. I rank it above Efreet and Skeletal Dragon, but tempest and leviathan are very, very powerful. Think with tempest you have 14 times 80 and you get 1120 damage!Then with your legendary attack boost,around 80%, you get 2016 damage and that's without any blades, traps, or critical.Levy is just all around powerful.Then we come to storm lord: Really powerful. With boost you come to a really high damage, not to say that it is half the pips of the 14 pip tempest(also for the tempest you need 7 power pips). Last, the effect of storm lord is GREAT, to stun every enemy makes storm lord even more power!!!
so 2v2,3v3,4v4 storm lord is the best
1v1 levy this the best.
In my opinion though, storm lord has the rest beat and is the #1 spell
