There are rumors that you can get it in an AR Code. I Do not know if this is true as I no longer play Pokémon games.

Pokemon Ruby Destiny is an amazing Pokemon game series- however, it is fake. The Pokemon company did not make, endorse or sell that game. The first game is called ruby destiny reign of legends. Its a Read Only Memory hack, or ROM hack of Pokemon ruby. In other words, using various tools and what not- someone changed the game. Angeallen is the ultimate legendary in that game. A lot of Pokemon are replaced, so you have lots of legendary Pokemon in the region of Ginto. You get to go to Johto and other regions also- but it takes place in the Ginto region. There are 2 evil teams, Team Royal Darkness and Team Light ( I forget the exact name). Shadow Lugia is in this game, a long with a baby lugia, and every other legendary Pokemon ever made, including Dialga, Palkia etc. Angeallen is captured in this game after you have beaten the game and battled all the legendary Pokemon. A cave is unlocked. Upon getting there, 2 people are in shock that this place is even in Ginto. It is "the stairway to heaven". After beating your friend who has a Lucario and Pidgeot, you are allowed to confront Angeallen. He then thanks you for saving the world, and mentions all the legendaries you battled- and then challenges you to an unoptional battle. It has dodrios cry. It is not in Pokemon diamond.
