In my oppinion the TTDS is at present not illegal.
Only the download of the games (.nds) are not allowed.
(You can become them from friends or other person...)
Chips like M3 are not good for Nintendo, because they have video and picture functions.
This functions are very risky fore the sale of DSi.
When you will have pictures on the TTDS, you must download illegal programms,
so the TTDS isn't very interesting for Nintendo.
At present they will forbid the M3...
( But you can become this programms from other sites / persons too )

I want to play a GBA game on my ttds but when I load the game onto the cart nothing comes out. I went to ask experts they said that I have to download a GBA loader onto ny ttds. Where do I get that?
If you want to play gba games on a ttds then you need a gba emulator compatible for the ttds but i don't think there is one.
