The Egyptian God Cards were never released in booster packs. All real Egyptian God Cards were released in either Shonen Jump magazines, the movie Animanga or Video Games.
The God Cards were first released in a Gameboy Advance game, they are technically 'Japanese cards' even though the text is in English. There are actually two versions of each, the difference being the style of the shiny foiling.
The Winged Dragon of Ra has another print in the XBox game 'Dawn of Destiny', its first English print. It has been released as a game-legal Effect monster in Japan, and should eventually have an English print too.
Obelisk the Tormentor has had two English prints, both in Shonen Jump magazine, the second of which is a game-legal Effect monster version.
Slifer the Sky Dragon's English print was in the Yu-Gi-Oh! the Movie Ani-Manga, and logically it follows that it will get an Effect monster form too.
Lastly, all three non game-legal prints are being released in the Legendary Collection, in October.
