Yes! I don't know what game console you have, but this is how you get babies on The Sims 2 for PC. You get two adult sims, a male and a female, make sure they are either in a strong relationship they are married. You have to have a hot tub or bed. If you choose a bed, then select one of the sims and click on the bed and select Relax (NOT "Sleep in Pajamas", "Sleep in Underwear", or "Play on Bed"), then click on the other sim and select Invite to Join. If you're using the hot tub, then just make them both go in the hot tub. Click on the other Sim, then click Try for Baby. If they are 2 boys or 2 girls, or you want the man to get pregnant, or you want an alien baby, or you just don't want to go to the trouble of getting them both in the bed, then you can use a cheat. Press CTRL+SHIFT+C, then type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without the "s). While pressing SHIFT, click on the sim you want to get pregnant. Select "Spawn", and then "Tombstone of L and D". Make sure that you are playing AS the sim you want to get pregnant. Click on the Tombstone of Life and Death, then click More, then there should be the options you want. If you want an alien baby, then click the option "Make Me Alien Pregnant". The sim should give birth to a green-skinned child in a little over 3 sim days. If you want a baby by another sim, then select "Make Me Pregnant with...". Then, a list of names of sims will pop up. Select the name of the sim that you want to be the other parent. The other sim HAS to be on the lot. If you don't want to wait several hours for the sim to have the baby, then click the Tombstone of L and D and click "More" until you see the option to "Speed up my Pregnancy".
