Go to clothing, click on the current type of clothing your sim is wearing (everyday formal athletic sleepwear or swimwear) Once there click on accessories (last tap on top where it says tops bottoms outfits shoes accessories) Then find the glasses your sim is wearing and click on the star shape with the bubbles at the tips (srry i don't know what the shape is called) the glasses should leave then.
