'/loadlevel' loads your level back to its last save and takes people back to there spawn points. '/reset' takes people back to there spawn points. '/kick (username) (comment*)' kicks (username) for 5* minutes * default is 'tsk tsk tsk'. * 0 minutes for you. i'm not sure the exact number of minutes of ban time for normal people.
Why does it say outdated client on your Minecraft server?

The kicks are not actually penalty kicks but are called kicks from the mark. Each team initially takes five kicks. If the score is still level after that then each team then takes one kick until one team scores and the other doesn't. No player may kick a second time until all their teammates have kicked once.
