They're many secret rooms. There is the fire dojo, ninja dojo, secret angency room, and on celebrations their are secret rooms for members.

Do you mean the ice berg? If so, look right next to the Cove on your map and click on the two little islands nest to it. The Mine and the Dojo used to be secret rooms too, once.
