In Pokemon heart gold how do you move the Snorlax blocking the way to diglets cave?

To move the snorlax you must do a great number of things.
First, you must make your way through the Rock Tunnel. Once out the other side go straight north to the water, surf east then south, enter the Power Plant. Talk to the manager (guy overlooking the turbines), then go to exit the building, the security guard will tell you that "a shady character" has been spotted in Cerulean City.
Make your way to Cerulean, enter the gym and a Team Rocket member will bump into you. Follow him outside, then, make your way north of the town. You will find the Rocket member hiding on the bridge, fight him (lvl.37 Golbat), once defeated he will reveal the whereabouts of the "Machine Part".
Go back to the gym and the Part will be in the final set of tubes on the upper left side of the gyms pool. Return the part to the Power Plant Manager (he gives you charge beam *yay*)
Then return to the radio tower in Lavender Town. The old man in the middle, upper part of the room will give you the EXP card.
Now, go stand by the Snorlax and open your Pokegear up. Manually tune your radio, the crossairs should be at the upper middle part of the radio. Exit the pokegear interface and talk to the Snorlax, he will wake up and attack you. Lvl. 50

BEWARE: The snorlax is lv. 50. If you don't have a Pokemon higher than lv. 55 don't catch him yet. the best ball to catch snorlax with is the heavy ball which you get when you give Kurt the blk apricorn. be sure to get him down to at least 14 HP.
