Make sure you battled Cyrus and freed the Lake Pokemon. Go to Mt. Cornet through the Orebrough entrance. When you get to a room with a couple bridges, go through the newly made cave entrance. When you get to the outside of Mt. Cornet you're almost there! When you get through it you'll be at a place called Spear Pillars and the rest you'll figure out.
