Sometimes you can buy them in the Poke'mart, I usually find them in poke'balls laying in random places. But the places the poke'balls are in may be trapped. So, your poke'mon may have to learn a certain move like waterfall, whirlpool, rock smash, cut, and rock climb. But you can only get rock climb if you defeated the elite four and go to a city in leaf green. Then either Professer Elm or Oak gives you the TMROCK CLIMB.
