If you migrate a sharked Pokemon to platinum will the game know its sharked?

Assuming you mean GameShark, I do not believe there is a gameshark for the DS. However, there is an Action Replay which allows you to add your own Pokemon. The game will not be able to tell if the Pokemon was hacked or not, unless you have a conflicting options that would not be possible like hatching from an egg that was received from somewhere other than the Day Care center. If that happens it will show up as a "Bad Egg." Other than that the game will allow you to use the Pokemon.
There is one condition. If your Pokemon is more powerful than the game allows (such as all 255 EVs) OR it is a Pokemon that hasn't been released yet (such as Arceus) then you will not be allowed to use it in online play. You can still use it offline though.
