I have the Gracidea for shaymin but it says it wont have any effect what do you do?

the flower doesn't work at night!!! just use it during the day!!!

How do you change shaymin into shaymin sky form on pearl?
I think that shaymin's forms are exclusive to platinum as they require a giveaway from a Nintendo event. If it wasnt built into platinum pearl/diamond then you wont be able to change its form. It would be like trying to trade across Pokemon to lower generation games which don't support that Pokemon. If the method for doing it in platinum doesnt work then you simply cant do it.

If you have the Gracidea Flower and have a Shaymin too, you can change its forme only at Day. It reverts back to its normal forme when it turns Night. Maybe you haven't reached the requirements for it to work:Somehow the Shaymin is missing or you traded away after you got the Flower.You tried to change Shaymin into the Sky forme only at Night.

You won't get it. you can only get the Gracidea flower in Pokemon Platinum. If you got the shaymin from diamond and put it in platinum it wouldn't work, you have to get a event shaymin from mystery gift or go to toys'rus at certain times. You can also get it in HG/SS in the flower shop in goldenrod city. that also involves the event shaymin.

if you want to change your shaymin back to its original form you must take its gracidea flower back then it will change

Have Shaymin as first in you party and go talk to blonde girl near the sign and she will give it to you but be warned Shaymin turns back land forme when it is night, if it gets frozen, and on some games when its in a cave !!

you can use the Pokemon modifier but it wont get u sky form you will just have a cheated shaymin. but if u use the event code on platinum and trade it over then she will talk and give u the gracidea flower if u don't know the code look it up on Google that will have

Is it the shaymin from the glitch or the shaymin from the event because only the event shaymin turns into sky shaymin. Also, did you get the flower from the one girl standing outside in floroma town? because you use it to switch forms.

the main reason is people have to get Shaymin from Seabreak path.If you got Shaymin from there read on.talk to the lady with the flowers WITH Shaymin in your team.hope this helps!
