Type in Ctrl, then Shift, then C. This brings up the cheat menu. Then type in boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true Make sure you get the spacing and capitalization right, or it doesn't work!! It's almost too easy to undo. Either quit the game then go back on, or just go onto the cheats menu and type in: "boolProp TestingcheatsEnabled false".
