You go into the Dragon Den all the way to the temple. Keep going straight and onto the backside of the temple. You'll see your rival there and then Clair and Pryce will ask for a battle. You can search up what Pokemon they use on YouTube, but make sure to bring a least a level 70 or 65 Pokemon. After you beat them, leave the cave, come back in and talk to Clair who will be near the bridge. She will give you her number and then you can call her on Friday nights.
