Well I've already made a link hat once before, it was a long green one. you can just go to a fabric store and buy black fabric. im going to to have a thing that looks like a long black V-neck t-shirt kinda thing that's just above the knees. i will then sew it up just above the waist to make it thinner so its looser at the bottom, then sew a black strip going around the waist to cover the part that you sew and it looks like a belt. for the hat
1:cut out a long triangle depending on your head size and the length of the hat
2:fold the end inward to make the brim and sew
3:sew from the top to the bottom and turn insideout your gewd to go
now for the other stuff, im wearing black skinny jeans, black under armour, and black gloves (maybe some black boot covers but i have yet to learn how to make them)
im going to make a basic sword out of wood, tape the handle, then sparay paint the enitre thing black.

Well depending on the costume you would want to make,let's say the Anger I would go with getting a hoodie, some rags, a bandana for your face. To make the bandana look like it it in the game you can take some thick brown sting and lace it through the bandana. But if you are doing the Bug I would buy a green/dark green morph suit and cut the sleeves from the shoulders and get some baggy pants.
