If you use an emulator and a ROM, then click on this link and you may find the answer:

With a dead internal battery (which is what I suppose you meant, and not 'eternal'), I don't think you'd be able to save the game at all. The internal battery keeps track of time based events, such as the day of the week, and once it has run dry, time based events will no longer occur. Berries will not grow, and, in the case of Pokemon Ruby, the Roaming Island won't appear. If the battery has died entirely, the game will cease to save.Assuming your internal battery has run dry and has not, in fact, bitten the dust, no, you still cannot capture Latios. It has nothing to do with your battery, however. According to Bulbapedia, http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Southern_Island, you'd need to either mix records with someone who has used an E-Reader and scanned the physical Eon Ticket into the game, or actually scan the card yourself. E-Readers haven't been available for years. And finding the actual ticket would probably be more trouble than it's worth, if you could find the E-Reader and the ticket.
The cool name for a video game city would include Mega World. Another cool city name for a video game would be Ninjatown.
i have no idea but i would check whackapokemon.com or google search it.
i prefer video games to conputer games.
video games are video games. nobody cares how many there are just that theres like a million. If somebody would actually count that, I praise him/her.
well you would need to give that to a person at gamestop they might be able to fix it.
just need to 2 data connections, and only can transport to another.
Internal short in the lead plates, time for a new battery.
That will depend on the internal resistance of the battery. I = E / R Where I is the current, E is the open circuit battery voltage, and R is the internal resistance of the battery.
The battery regulator is faulty or the battery has internal damage. Continuing to use a faulty regulator can quickly cause battery damage.
That would be the internal core battery. Are you planning on stealing one?
You can get a cheap battery at Wal-Mart but I would suggest going to Advance Auto Parts or Auto Zone to replace a battery. They will even put the battery in your car for free.
my brothers internal batterie has run dry and corrupted. its impossible to fix it, even if you erase your file.
well depense on what you use , like if you use video cam it will take more battery however if you asking how long will the battery last only using the time the answer would be 24hrs when on 1 week off
clean it with a dry cloth do not use detergent or soap etc.
There are a few ways one can measure battery voltage. One would be to take it to an auto store like Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts where they usually have battery voltage meters. If one would like to do it on their own, they would need to purchase a volt meter to test the battery life and to see if any cells are dead.
Check to see if there is a internal advance mechanism in your distributor. On older GM models bushings would wear causing it to stick and causing a surge or bucking as the advance within the distributor would release. Your computer regulates the advance, however, have the distributor checked.
