Well, I've seen them range from just a couple of inches to several feet tall. This depends, of course, on the TV I'm using, as each one is a different size. I'm pretty sure this isn't the answer to your question, though. No, you care enough about an 8-year-old shooter that you want to know how tall one of the fictional enemies is in that virtual world. I have no idea how tall a hunter is; nobody does, except how tall they are in relation to Chief, whose height is unknown anyway. Maybe one of the programmers can tell you what unit they used to measure distance during programming, and how this (also virtual) unit might relate to something real. Other than that, nobody knows or cares.
Actually the hunter is 12 feet tall when standing and 8 feet tall when fighting: also Master chief 7 feet tall and weighs 1 ton about the same as a car as it says in the game manual.
