How tall is Super Mario?

Well it's easy to work out the height of any Nintendo character thanks to Super Smash Bros Brawl. Zero suit samus is 6'3 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samus_Aran and Snake is 5'11 http://metalgear.wikia.com/wiki/Solid_Snake ... so in theory its relatively easy to work out someones height by comparing them against one of these two. My best guess for Mario when compared with Zero Suit Samus is 4'6.

Since it is animated it is hard to tell how tall they are specially in 2d platform, since snake is 5ft 11 in brawl it is safe to assume that mario is 5ft 1 inches with is shoes, and mario looks like he is already Super Mario, he also looks like Super mario even after shrinking from the poison mushroom in brawl, In Super mario Galaxy if you compare Super mario to the bed in the bed room hit looks like he is only 2ft 6.5 inches has Super Mario not Regular Mario( the posibilaty that the bed his put on a 2 ft 6.5 inch table some peopel prefer it that way.) and he can used power-up without becoming twice is size. however they are some bricks that he can brake, and some that he can't brake. regular mario looks like a flat head with a flat cap no muscle and he does not make a fist with his hand when he stand still and he does not slouch. Super mario would be 5ft 3 inches if he did not slouch.
