I think mewtwo is 17 year old according to the fact the Pokemon first movie (Mewtwo Strikes Back) was officially released in Japan in 1998 (1999 in the rest of the world). But some may say he is now 19 years old because the pokémon franchise was created in 1996 along side with the first Green-Red versions of the game in Japan.
