I think, no matter what age, that you should only spend around an hour a day on videogames. Dont play too much, or your brain cells will burn out. (i'm talkin 12 hours a day) Video Games do help you sharpen you reflexes and things like that, so they are good in a way. To be honest, on average, i play 2-3 hours a day.
