Games can take from 10 to hundreds of thousands of Man hours. Black Ops II might be as much as a million Man Hours to get everything ready for the November 2012 release. In order to have annual releases Activision has both Treyarch and Infinity Ward developing Call of Duty series games and for both releases they have other companies help with the game development
