Yugioh is made by Konami and Kazuki. Takahashi created the game.
my answer is Kawasaki konami because the first game was the original Mario bros and that was made by konami on the nes
Konami only made one, for Tyler, the person they made it for, because he had cancer, so Konami wanted to do something special for him. So there is only one, so its no rarity.

There is a 99% chance that it won't. The one percent being the "never say never" mentality. The Yugioh school in the series was made because it was a nice investment to be good at playing Duel Monsters. Think Pegasus, private island, large castle, amazing duelist. Real yugioh tournements; however, are rarely enough to make a living off of. The money you do win would probably be spent towards getting more yugioh cards. A yugioh school is highly unlikely until there starts to be significant money in card dueling. So start betting on games!

That would be Hideo Kojima and his team at Kojima Productions, developers for publisher Konami.
It is no longer made from copper because people were weighing it in, in bulk because it fetch more money in weigh than it did in money.
