Comparatively, not many. There are three modes: Special Ops, Campaign, and Multiplayer. The game is based on Multiplayer online play, and you are required to have a Steam account to run it, even if you just want to run the Single Player. --- In the Campaign mode (Single Player), there are 18 Levels set in 3 "Acts" (Act I, II and III). In Special Ops mode (1-2 Players linked), there are several levels (perhaps 15-20). I have not tried Special Ops yet. I have not completed Campaign on the highest difficulty, so I don't know if you can unlock any more levels.
