How do you get easy bolts on ratchet and clank 1?
Go to Quartu. Turn into Big Clank and enter the arena to fight the big mechs. Make sure that this isn't the first time you've fought them in the save file or the cutscene will initiate. After they're all gone, go up to the bridge with the slingshot target in front of the arena entrance, and walk right off. When you respawn, not only will the money from the last fight be saved, but you'll start right in front of the arena entrance with all of the mechs reset to just before you fought them, and, you'll be completely invincible as long as you stay as Big Clank. Just walk off the edge each time you beat them, and you'll make a few thousand bolts per fight.
