You can have different harddrive put into the PS3, but game sizes are not standard or even close to being equal in size. 30 games can take up the same space as 2 if you are talking about full downloads with the DLCs and I mean PS3 games. In my 320 GB I have 55 PS3 games and the sizes of the games vary greatly. Then the 18 PS1 games are much smaller. Some of the dozen mini games are only 1/8 to 1/4 of a GB. You can see the download size at the PlayStation Store and if you are not talking about downloading the games and add ons the harddrive is not holding the game only some game information and the rest remains on the game disc.

No DEFINITIVE answer is possible, as sizes of various games vary considerably. But far more than you'd likely play.
It depends on how much space each game save takes up. The amount of gigabytes each game save takes up is either a lot or not much depending on how much content is in the game. Although, with an 80 gigabytes, it should hold a lot of data.
Some games are under a GB and many are over. It is possible to hold many more games if they are the early PS games and still more than fifty of the largest games complete with add ons. I have used only half my 120 GB to hold a few dozen different games and a bunch more files from games on discs and photos.
its around 10-20 depends on the size of the games
