First, you need to be able to go to Krokotopia. That means you have to finish wizard city. You have to have crowns for that, so you can either buy them online or get gift cards. Once you have, you can probably go to Krokotopia but if you have a problem with your computer, you might not get the quest. In Krokotopia, you can teleport to the oasis by clicking the button that lets you teleport to the commons.

Edit: Finish all the main quests on Cyclops Lane, Triton Avenue and Firecat Alley, then defeat Foulgaze and then Lord Nightshade. After that, return to Ambrose to get the Spiral Keys for Krokotopia and Wizard City.Update: It costs real money to get to Krokotopia. You can either spend 915 Crowns at the Spiral Door, or upgrade your account via the official website. To unlock marleybone you must have a membership or enough crowns.
