At the moment Nintendo have officially announced 8 charactors for SSBB. They are: Mario, Pikachu, Kirby, Link, Fox, Samus, Meta Kinght and Snake. Thurther in time Nintendo are set to announce thurther charactors.

so far the characters confirmed are mario, kirby, link, pikachu, peach, zelda, meta knight, king dedede, lucas, sonic, pit, bowser, dk, diddy kong ,pokemon trainer, ike, solid snake, wario, fox, ice climbers, yoshi, samus and zero suit samus
