An enderman is 3 blocks tall, and 1 block wide.
The Ender Dragon has 200 health points, so 100 hearts.
Minecraft witches will eventually despawn when they get out of range or sometimes on servers they will automatically despawn if there are too many mobs. Alternatively, you can just kill them.
I am assuming your bow is not enchanted. 20-23 fully charged shots However, I strongly recommend you bring more, as you will probably miss a lot.

it depends where the arrow hits the body but two to four arrows should do it
You must locate one of three strongholds in a world, fill the Ender portal with Eyes of Ender, and then you'll enter the End when you jump into the portal. It's recommended that you bring very good armor, a bow, a lot of arrows (if you have no Infinity enchantment n your bow), a sword, and a pumpkin. (Many Endermen roam the End) There will be a boss health meter at the top of the screen, which is the Enderdragon's health. You'll want to take out the Ender Crystals at the tops of each obsidian tower, because they can replenish the Enderdragon's health. You should most likely do this with arrows because when broken, they explode. Once all Ender Crystals have been destroyed, shoot the dragon with you bow when it gets close. When it gets close enough to punch, strike it with your sword! When the health meter is fully depleted, the Enderdragon's body will rise in the air, rays of purple light will shine from it, and they body will disappear, and tons and tons of experience orbs will fall from the sky. Then the ending credits of the game will appear. But unless you want to it reading a poem for 10 minutes, it is advised you skip the credits with the escape button. Don't panic, the game won't actually end, Minecraft is a never-ending game.
Of a sort. Assuming you have structure generation on, there will be "strongholds" scattered throughout the map. If you explore one of these, you will eventually find a portal to the End. (Activation requires a number of an item crafted from a Nether specific material plus loot from what's probably the most difficult Overworld mob to fight.) Once there, you will face the almighty Enderdragon. Bring many arrows and healing stuff. And notice the healing crystals that need to be smashed. And the fact that the mighty Enderdragon smashes through all blocks not native to the End, including breaking the ladders you built to reach the healing crystals. I've never even found a stronghold, but Youtube videos indicate that this is a battle of epic proportions. After defeating the Enderdragon, you can return to the Overworld and turn the End into a giant Enderman based XP grinder, to which you have secure access. (You did clear out that stronghold before attacking the dragon, right?)
