You can But It takes a very long time to so I'd advise to get a charger as it tends to take no longer than 1 hour.
about 20 to 30 mintutes but if ur planning on using it to pull an all mighter than chan=rge it for about 12 hrs or bring the charger with u :)
Usually it takes roughly 3 hours for it to charge. It may be different if your controllers have always been powered by batteries previously, but otherwise, 3 hours. If you leave it more than 4 hours it can break or short out
Yes. Stare at your psp...focus and channel your inner power through the device until you reach the desired charge percentage. If that doesn't work, take thirty bucks down to gamestop and buy a new charger.
about an hour or so

A .6 amp charger is a trickle charger. It would take days to charge a dead 12 volt battery with this charger. You need a 10 amp charger which will charge it in a couple of hours.
Depends on the amperage of the charger. A 10 amp charger will charge it in about 1 hour.
This depends on what kind or charger are you asking about and what kind of battery are you charging. My Phone charger takes two hours to charge my phone.

You cannot charge 108.5 volts with a 12 volt charger. What are you charging that has that kind of voltage?
Approximately 3 hours.
It can take a few hours depending on how run down it is.
That depends entirely on the rating of the charger !
Depends on the amperage you are applying to it. Read the charger manual.
No , you can't but you can go buy one as a backup.... But to answer your question No you cannot charge a 3DS without its charger. Sorry. :( Well what it says on the top is true, but it is possible to charge it if you have a dslite and a dslite charger. It can charge but the annoying thing about it is that you need to screw and unscrew multiple times. So to do this you need to unscrew your ds battery port and 3ds. get a rubber band that is thick once you take the ads battery out you can see the three gold lines match the + to the + port for the DS and middle gold line for the - port. support it with a rubber band and then connect it with the charger it will charge, but it will take a little longer. Once you do this I recommend you to put power save on and put the light as low as possible in order to play as long as possible.
Ya there is, I know this sounds silly and I'm not trying to trick you but if you take your battery out of your cell and take 2 leaves and connect them with your charger after awhile it will be charged
