Convert PlayStation games to Xbox games?

it is simple impossible Games are not converted they are designed to be exclusively used for the system they are designed for. A console or PC would have too be changed to play a game with an emulator program, not that you could run one on a Xbox to play games for a Playstation, but a PC could run different emulator programs that would let it play Playstation and Xbox games.

How have video games changed over time?

The first videogames were short, bad story & graphics, and aren't as interesting and addicting compared to the games today. Now the graphics are becoming more life-like and are getting very addicting.Games like Halo and Call of Duty multiplayer are the most addictive. Batman Arkham Asylum is an example of great graphics and a great story. And there are more genes of the games coming out such as Borderlands, its a hybrid of a first person shooter and a role play game. also the games are becoming longer and longer, RPG games like Grand Theft Auto 4 take 30 hours to beat. So basically, videogames have changed or evolved to have better stories, graphics, gameplay, and gameplay length.
